Chiropractic Adjustment

A chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which a chiropractor uses their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this adjustment is to improve spinal motion and improve your body's physical function. Chiropractic adjustments are often used to treat back pain, neck pain, and headaches, among other conditions.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment used to relieve pain and improve movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. These trigger points are knotted, tender areas in your muscles that can cause pain and limit mobility. Soft Tissue Therapy

Soft tissue therapy is a type of manual therapy used to treat injuries and conditions affecting the soft tissues of the body, such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. This therapy aims to relax tense muscles, reduce scar tissue, stretch and lengthen fascia, and improve overall function and mobility. Spinal decompression therapy is utilized on a motorized traction table. This is designed to gently stretch your spine to help relieve pressure from sciatica, nerve, and herniated/bulged disc pain in your arms and legs.

X-Ray Imaging

X-ray allows us to see inside and determine whether something is fractured, infected, or etc. X-ray works by a passing form of electromagnetic radiation through the body. Different tissues absorb these rays to varying degrees, creating an image on a detector or film.

Passive Modalities

Passive modalities such as electric stimulation and ultrasound therapy. Electric stimulation therapy, also known as e-stim, is a physical therapy treatment that uses mild pulses to help repair injured muscles, manipulate nerves, and reduce pain. Ultrasound Therapy uses sound waves through a transmission gel to heat the tissue, increase blood flow, and promote healing.
